Who we are

Trademart exists 45 year this year. We are a facilitator in the B2B retail market, especially within Fashion and Home & Living. It is our mission to be a connecting factor between buyers or retailers on the one hand and brands and distributors on the other. In the past, this was mainly as a physical meeting and knowledge center at the foot of the Atomium, but now we are also radically committed to the digitization of Trademart. The retail landscape is changing fast and we as Trademart want to play a pioneering role.

With Trademart Digital we want to build an experience which effects the entire B2B purchasing process in the retail sector. On the one hand, we will communicate about the latest trends in the market, new product arrivals, relevant information regarding brands, product highlights etc. to help buyers in their search for products for their shop or project. On the other hand, we will focus on a state-of-the-art omnichannel shopping experience, in which the digital enhances the physical aspect and this to offer customers the convenience they are looking for.

What we make you responsible for

As a Digital Marketing Manager you take matters into your own hands to help the Marketing team with the new digital activity of Trademart. In addition, you ensure a seamless connection and coherence with the physical marketplace and all associated activations within the omnichannel marketing plan. You are strong in creating strategic and tactical digital processes which are in line with the overall Marketing strategy. In close collaboration with the Online Marketer, you'll also put these strategies into practice.


What you will do during the day

  • You know the world of SEM, SMM, Email Marketing, Advertisement,... and are willing to work out a strategy to put your online marketer colleagues on the right track
  • You manage the campaign budget
  • The Digital Marketing team can count on you as a Team - Lead
  • You help your team grow and support their personal goals

You work closely with the MarCom Manager and the Digital Product Manager.

    Who you are

    In addition to your enthusiasm for the sector, you also have the following experience:

    • At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a (B2B) e-commerce environment
    • You have already worked in a managerial position (or can show us why this would be the next step in your career)
    • Experience in different digital marketing disciplines: Advertising (Google Ads, social ads), data analysis (Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager), SEO, CRO & email marketing
    • You are analytical (you're able to determine KPIs and you work data-driven)
    • You like to roll up your sleeves regularly
    • Dutch and/or French speaking (strong knowledge of 2nd language)
    • Experience/Knowledge Scrum framework is a plus
