We are currently looking for an Teamleader/Shopmanager for the cash & carry center in interior products (home & living &go).

You will join a B2B center that only opened its doors 2 years ago and you will be surrounded by nice trendy products such as furniture, vases, candles, lighting, home accessories etc.

Move here for sure! 😉 The center is 10,000m² and we have more than 150,000 products in collection.

'Cash & Carry' what exactly does that mean? Well, everything is in stock so our visitors can choose, pay, take away and sell directly to their customers! 😊

What we make you responsible for

In the position of shop manager, you will be responsible for the daily management and management of the store team. You will ensure that the center is commercially equipped and you will be responsible for the maximum satisfaction of our visitors and customers.

Are you bitten by retail? Do you like a lot of variety and are you someone who can manage a team? Then you might be the person we are looking for.


What you will do during the day

You ensure a smooth start in the morning by briefing your team with the day's to do's:

  • Can we make customers happy with an order that has come in?
  • Do we need to unpack and prepare a delivery for loading for one of our brands?
  • Are there booths that could use some extra decoration?
  • What do we expect from the number of visitors for the day and how many people should we keep on standby to jump in at the box office?

You will be the point of contact for our visitors (buyers):

  • Are there any products and/or brands they are missing? Of course we would like to know that in order to brief them internally.
  • Is that collection of candle holders coming in a different color? We would like to ask the respective supplier!
  • If a particular visitor is not so satisfied with his/her experience in the center, then you and the visitor will discuss how we can improve that experience.

You maintain close contact with our brands (sellers):

  • Maybe they have operational questions about deliveries?
  • Are they coming soon to load their new collection?
  • Are there orders where there might be a longer delivery time than originally anticipated?
  • Maybe you've caught or noticed something that could make their booth more attractive?

You lead your team in the right direction:

  • You coach and train (new) employees.
  • You are convinced that a good team planning (attuned to the flow of visitors) and communicating this in a timely manner brings peace to your team
  • You monitor your team members and adjust if necessary

You jump in where necessary

    Who you are

    • You have a solid commercial retail experience and have at least 3 years of experience in a management position
    • Switching between Dutch and French is not a problem for you
    • You are a born leader, you feel people well and bring out the best in them
