Entry is always free, and parking is charged. Choose an annual pass with parking included (20€) or pay for parking per visit (8€).

Trademart has two parkings with a total of 1500 parking spaces. Which car park should you use? That depends on the sector you want to visit.
Parking 1
- Entry via Atomiumlaan
- If you visit fashion & accessories (&go), baby & kids, home & living, shoes & bags, sport & outdoor or supplies & services
- 2 charging points for electric vehicles available (1st row on the right)
Parking 2
- Entry via Madridlaan
- If you visit fashion & labels or home & living & go

To buy at Trademart you have to meet a number of conditions.
Trademart is a place for professionals in retail. To maintain the quality and exclusivity of our brands, we ask our visitors for information about their business in advance. In order to apply for an admission ticket, you must meet the following two conditions and be able to provide proof of this.
You have an active and valid VAT number. Your registration with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises must be completed.
The professional activities of your business are in line with the sectors offered by Trademart. An overview of these sectors can be found here.

The reception of Trademart is open from Monday till Thursday from 09:00 - 17:00. On Friday the reception is open from 09:00 - 16:30. You can find the opening hours of our different sectors above.
Some events are held on a yearly basis and are organised in a weekend.

We work with a year card. This can be obtained with parking included and costs €20 for the full year.
This gives you access to Trademart's full range, all sectors and our cash & carry concept home & living &go.
You can also opt for the annual card without parking. In that case you pay €8 for the daily parking.
For both cards you must have a valid VAT number.

Although we are animal lovers, no animals are allowed to enter the building for safety and hygiene reasons.
Even though your annual card is strictly personal you can bring one other person. Of course you can always bring your child and baby.

Take exit 8 Wemmel - turn left (= Houba De Strooperlaan)
Drive under the bridge, continue for approximately 400 metres and turn left at the first traffic lights (2nd street), direction Holiday Inn (= Keizerin Charlottelaan)
Follow this road and leave Brussels Expo (= Tentoonstellingspark Heizel) on your left.
On the other side of Brussels Expo and at the foot of the Atomium is the Trade Mart building.
The entrance of car park 1 is located at the Atomiumlaan.

When loading and unloading goods, you can use Dock 1 or Dock 2. During working hours, you enter through the barrier at Dock 1 Atomium or Dock 2 Esplanade. There our security guards can give you access to the building via the intercom.

Our most loyal visitors in the Cash & Carry area, can count on a convenient parking space in the entrance tunnel (via P0 Pool), near the entrance. Are you one of the most frequent visitors to Trade Mart Brussels? Then we will contact you to give you access to this VIP parking.
Yes, of course! Would you like to visit the fashion & accessories &go department on the A-level? Then enter through the parking lot and entrance P1 Pool (entrance via Atomiumlaan). Upon entering, you will pass by a staging area for shopping carts. With all those beautiful items in Cash & Carry, a shopping cart will undoubtedly come in handy!
Do you have an appointment with one of your suppliers at Trademart, but prefer to come a little earlier to avoid the morning rush hour, for example? As a visitor to our platform, you can always make use of open workstations that have been set up in a number of places within our building. Feel free to ask at our receptions.
Have you bought so much that you can't carry your purchases yourself? Instead of breaking your back you can call our Cash & Carry Boy! He will be happy to help you carry your purchases to your car. During the events in the Fashion & Accessories department and every Monday during the buying season he drives a special goods bike. Two pair of fit legs to help you our!
